Tonight we are holding a special information evening at National College of Ireland to discuss the NCI Affinity scheme with O2 Ireland. The event will take place from 6:30 – 8:00pm, here at National College of Ireland in the IFSC. Over a glass of wine, we’d like to tell you more about the scheme and the ways you can help us to spread the word.
NCI is regarded as an innovator in the area of disability support and we are delighted to be associated with O2, an organisation with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. Through progressive policies, proactive support services and participation at a national level, NCI has worked hard to create an environment where students with disabilities can thrive and succeed.
Providing the technologies, supports and environment to create such an inclusive college community does not come cheap, which is why the NCI Affinity Scheme with O2 is so important. By free texting NCI to 50308, O2 will donate 5% of eligible customers monthly spend to the college’s Disability Support Service. And it doesn’t cost you, the texter, a cent.
Its success is dependent on the number of O2 customers who sign-up to it, and there is great potential. We have until November 20th to bring on board as many staff, faculty, associate faculty, students, friends of NCI, alumni, parents, grannies, shopkeepers and LUAS drivers as we can to free text NCI to 50308.
